SUMMARY:
More than 15 years of domestic and international experience in the
oil industry in the areas of Management, Reservoir Engineering,
Production and Environmental Engineering. More than 11 years of
academic experience teaching graduate and undergraduate petroleum
courses and conducting research in the areas of Production, Reservoir,
Environmental Engineering, EOR, Paraffin and Asphaltene deposition
prevention and/or control. Active in consulting and teaching worldwide
for the Oil and Gas Industry. Specialized in Oil and Gas Reservoir and
Production Engineering studies and Environmental Engineering applied
to wastewater treatment and oil-contaminated soil. During 1997 - 98,
Reservoir Engineer Consultant-in-Residency with SHELL OFFSHORE, INC,
with headquarters in New Orleans. Result and problem-solving oriented
engineer and environmentalist.

supervising production projects, including well completions and
workovers, supervision of the production engineering team,
supervision of thermal recovery projects. Designed and carried out
the first successful thermal recovery project for Amoco in
Venezuela. Developed a method to upgrade Mathematical model to
support heavy-oil production methods. Selected location and
designed wastewater disposal wells. Oil and gas reserve
determination and management. Responsible for numerous oil and gas
fields, reservoir management and mathematical reservoir
simulation. Member of the Oil and Gas Property Evaluation Team
